Children and adults will love this easy delicious idea for breakfast or anytime.

Ingredients:
Fruit of your choice
Chopped Pecans
Raw Honey

Simply cut fruit into chunks and place on a tray.  We enjoy apples, pears, oranges, grapes, melons, bananas, etc.   Finely chop pecans and place them on wax paper or somewhere flat.  Feed fruit chunks onto skewer, drizzle with honey and roll in pecans.  ENJOY!

1 Whole Chicken - preferrably organic
6-7 Whole Red Potatoes - preferrably organic
1 Small Bag of Baby Carrots - preferrably organic
1-2 Whole Onions Cut into Chunks - preferrably organic

Place a small amount of coconut oil or cold-pressed olive oil in a pyrex dish.  Place the chicken, breast up, in the center, turning once to coat slightly with oil.  Surround with the veggies and sprinkle with Celtic salt, pepper and garlic powder (or add fresh garlic).  Voila!
For an easy dinner the following day, add 3-4 cups of water to the healthy leftovers (including the bones) to make an amazing broth.  Cool and remove the bones.  Place the broth and remaining chicken in crock pot with a cup of brown rice and a few more veggies (carrots, onions, celery, etc.) for delcious soup (add more water if needed).  Serve with a great salad and DINNER'S ON!

What's for dinner?  Try this healthy, delicious recipe!

*4 Chicken Breasts
*Veggies of your choice such as bell peppers, whole mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash and cherry tomatoes (cut into chunks for kabobs)
*1 Can of unsweetened pineapple (cut into chunks for kabobs)
*Soy sauce to taste (Nama Shoyu unpasteurized organic is AWESOME!  Purchase @ Whole Foods or www.Celticseasalt.com)
*Kabob Skewers

Alternate chicken Breasts, pineapple and veggies on kabob skewer.  Place in a shallow dish and pour pineapple juice and soy sauce on top and turn kabobs to coat with marinade.  Cover and place in refrigerator for a few hours if time allows.  Otherwise, place directly on grill until done.  ENJOY!

Healthy breakfast choices are easier than you might think.  Today I made homemade, old-fashioned oatmeal (instant usually means more processed and less nutrients, and organic is even healthier when available).  Old fashioned oats take a few minutes longer, but they're worth the trouble.  Add a little coconut oil or organic butter, healthy Celtic salt and any combination of healthy toppings.  Here are a few topping suggestions:  ground flax seeeds, organic raisins, sliced bananas or other fresh fruit, sliced almonds or pecans, a little raw honey, etc.  You get the idea!  ENJOY  DELICIOUS HEALTH!

We're often asked what we eat, so we want to share and hopefully help you in planning "healthy" for your family.  Our favorite snacks are what we like to call "God's fast foods."  A handfull of raw almonds, pecans, cashews or walnuts is a delicious and very healthful snack.  We grab a baggie and fill it before running errands, so we always have a healthy snack on hand.
